Customer service is terrible. IF you manage to get hold of them.

Clothes are sometimes ok, usually cheap quality for what you pay.

A credit account with them will bite you on the ass!!!

Everything I have ordered as been of good quality and as described. Very reasonably priced, and always delivered quickly. The delivery service used is great. Never had any issues at all.

fast delivery, lovely products and credit account available if cant pay all in one go esp when payday is at the end of a month. customer service are friendly too. i get everything i need at affordable prices . good sizes too, esp if in between sizes like me

NEVER IN MY LIFE have I been spoken to with so little disrespect from a ‘senior shift leader’ or whatever he wanted to call himself. Disgusting absolutely disgusting how this team talk to their customers I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.After placing an order to the wrong address I phoned up WITHIN MINUTES of placing the order asking for the address to be changed or the order to be cancelled. I was told the address would be changed and so on. On the day of delivery I received my Hermes tracking to see that it had been delivered to the wrong address before delivery I phoned up multiple times to advise this is going to the wrong address still please could they contact Hermes as I could not but no that’s too much of an issue. They’re so rude. So now they expect me to pay for a rug I do not have and other items, absolutely ridiculous . I was told by the ‘MANAGER’ ‘it’s your fault’ ‘nothing we can do’ ‘it’s all your fault’ and couldn’t simply give a s*** in the slightest! I just wanted help on what I could do as I don’t want to have to pay for items I do not have and this is how I was treated
